You can feel the volcanic activity in New Zealand North Island on the Coromandel Peninsula. The hot mineral pools are a legacy of an exciting geothermal past. Hot pools can be dug out of the sand at low tide near the rocks and at the beach. Its very hot, but as mixure with some seawater its very bearable; its like a hot jacuzzi! At your B&B in every room you find a spade!
Filmed in 2001 during our 25 anniversary trip. Now editing in Vegas9 in 25P + Magic Bullet Filter may be a bit too much, but I like it. It gives that CINEMA-FILM-LOOK.
