This is the first 15% or so of the 27-mile 7000' foot descent that is the Whole Enchilada. The shuttle drops you off at 10,500 feet, then it's a brutal climb to 11,200 gasping for oxygen. Then a Super-D descent which is much harder than it looks, and finally a breathtaking swoop through the aspens to Warner Lake.
