My little Tadpole is 8 weeks and 5 days today :) I'm just feeling beautiful and powerful, and decided to record some of my practice.

    Ha! I'm pregnant, Sharna. I started calling the baby a Tadpole in the beginning (since that's what they look like at first) and it just stuck :) I like the image of the baby swimming around in there...sorry to be confusing!
