A first test of my new GH2 using the 14 mm pancake lens. A first attempt to join two MOV clips with the Photofunstudio program that came with the GH2 was a failure. I had to use Quick Time Pro instead.
I had brought a tripod but had to refrain from using it this time. Please excuse the unsteady hands. It's a humble beginning, but at least and at long last it's a beginning..
P.S.: I've had a problem with this before, when I combined images and clips frome Iceland in QT and uploaded to Vimeo. Now it has happened again - the second of the combined clips was not included in the flv file. Not that it was something utterly phantastic, but I'll try to redo this right.
P.P.S.: For my second attempt, I have not just "saved as" movie (=mov) in Quick Time Pro, but this time I have EXPORTED the previously made MOV file as MPEG4 at 10Mbits/second.
At best the result will be fairly acceptable and the file size will be lower. Anyway, there won't be a 3rd effort made with what is after not utterly important per se and more or less an exercise for me.
