I was determined to get some video of my new scratch-built flying wing, The Phoenix. Unfortunately, when I wear my DVR sunglasses, I can't wear my prescription eyeglasses. This contributed to a very short flight with an unfortunate ending as I gradually lost orientation of the plane against the overcast sky and pulled it straight into the ground.
But the Phoenix will rise again.
