Matt Blue giving the safety brief and intro for the British White Water Rafting Championships taken on 15th November 2008, at Llandysul Paddlers, South West Wales. Held on the River Teifi and featured Sprint Racing against the clock, Head to head racing against each other, Slalom around the gates and a Down river race of some 10km's with a mass start.
20 teams competed for the honour of the title. I competed in a team of 6 paddlers.
