nate ritter 1 year agoI thought the panelists were awesome and was proud to be a part of it. At the same time, they're crazy for tracking all that stuff. Love that they're doing it for personal reasons. It takes commitment, even 5 minutes worth daily or weekly, but commitment none-the-less. -
Jaime Levine 1 year agoI was sorry to have missed this session. Thanks for posting the video. -
joebird 1 year agoI'm really interested in how lifetracking could/will streamline the medical and other enormous industries that stand to benefit from the insight data trending allows. Imagine if your doctor could glance at longterm spreadsheets of your sleep patterns et cetera. Preventative care could be made much easier if we're able to pinpoint things with hard data instead of our memory, which is proven to be marginally trustworthy in many situations. -
Brynn Evans 1 year agoThat's a good point, Joe! Hopefully an automatic tracking device like the FitBit will make it easier to get more of those baseline stats (sleeping, walking, heartrate), which in the aggregate might reveal interesting, unknown patterns!
