See3D recently completed work on a visualisation of Pontcysyllte Aqueduct for the Royal Commision on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Wales.

Excellent, I really enjoyed watching this clip. The reason being was that it tells a clear and unambiguous story, the building of the aquaduct. Indeed, as I watched I began to forget that it was a piece of CG. Good stuff!

awesome! great to see blender preforming so good in this kind of projects. the detail is amazing. and i really like the textures and shading - although the bricks would not have been so dirty from rust / dirt at the very moment they were build, would they? ;-) but nevermind, they look awesome and that's what counts! :-)
