In the spring of 2009 I had a family of sparrows make a nest in a hole in the masonry around my window. I noticed them going into and out of the hole, and kept an eye on them as they went about their business. I set up an old webcam I had lying around and placed it on the windowsill one day while the parents were out foraging. This is a clip from that day.
I was lucky to get the camera up in time. They left the nest that same day, and I was left recording a sunset. The next morning was quiet.
