One of the more random projects I worked on while at Bravo Media was a takeoff of SNL's "Weekend Update" that was to be shown at the Bar Mitzvah of the son of a television producer. I created motion graphics introducing various "spots," background environments for interviews shot against greenscreen, and lower thirds.
