1. AniSculpt Tutorial -- Pepeland
This is a USELESS stuff!!

In Blender 2.58 you don´t need the Anisculpt scripts anymore, just create a shape key and sculpt it :)

  • Pepeland for president!!! :D

Wow... that is really great. It is really cool to see that this can be achieved with no scripts or something else. Just Blender features.

It reminds me a little this technique:
    characteranimator.com/movies/reel_tech_01deformation.wmv

Although the principle is not the same.

Thanks a lot for sharing! :)

I am not being able to use the sculpt tool on a blend shape key - what am I doing wrong?

Where can I read more about using the blend shape keys? And using the sculpt tool with it?

    Thanks,
    banor

P.S I am getting an error message that reads "Cannot sculpt on unlocked shape key" Help please. ;)

you need press the lock button before sculpt, it is on the bottom-left from "add shape key" button

Is great , but you should talk during the tutorial. that way you explaine what you do and comment while doing it.
  •
  • artislight 3 years ago
Yes, talking while doing it would be an excellent addition. reading the text on the blue bar at the bottom is difficult because you have to watch two things at once and the text gets quite fast at times. But as an overall, good job! And you've made BlenderNation!

    @artislight:
You can use the free camstudio for screencapture.
I edit my screencapture Videos then in Virtual Dub (free), or in Blender. Compression for web with Media Coder (free): Settings
    Video: Quality based 40 or 50 percent, h264 mp4
    Audio: Nero Encoder, 64kbs
    Picture: 8 fps (still smooth!)

Results in brilliant picture while maintaining under 2MB per Minute at 1280x700 resolution.

This is really great, but what happens to the armature...? Is it just thrown out?
