This piece was part of a video installation, it begins black, then we see a clockwork mechanism with the world revolving around it. Signifying early thinkers justification of how it is that earth could hurtle through space on the backs of turtles stacked hundreds high till they reach the base of the universe. It's an evolutionary piece that slowly loops through different phases driven by its melancholy soundtrack. Most of the photos are taken from the Overland track in Tasmania, and i recommend everyone see this beautiful and pristine part of the world.
