It was tough as I couldn't see what was going on as I recorded, and had to wait until the video finished encoding to see the results...
I'm sure there is screen recording software out there, but most I've seen run at pretty poor framerates when capturing flash in a browser...
(BTW, I use iShowU for screen capture, up to 40fps on decent hardware)
