    I love this video as well! While I certainly thought of this video during the process of making some of my work, my aesthetic was originally derived independently. The text-book illustration style is so ingrained in anybody who went through any school system in the past 50+ years, that you actually see a lot of awesome artwork with related thematic interpretations.     never heard the song before (Australian), it's not too bad (then again i'm not a big fan of this style), but would listen as backing at a party or something like that. Mainly i would like to say that the video is amazing, great direction, great linkages, just brilliant
