Being small never felt so big.

Hey, it's all in one's perspective. Tee hee. ;-) Indeed--this was GREAT.

For an attempt, I think you achieved it quite well, I like the illusion in creates, What program did you use for this tilt shift effect?
  • Jared Foster plus 1 year ago
I think the key is first the shot. I applied my effect on many shots with poor results and unless it was shot from the right perspective I would not see the result.
In editing I used FCP and then used a filter called "center Spot" by Digital Film Tools 55mm collection. Increasing saturation is a must. I have seen many good results from After Effects using a mask but I will try this later.

Thanks, I have been trying this same effect with Sony Vegas, But haven’t achieved your miniature look, I guess you are right about the Angle of view, and also I might try it out on after effects to see how in comes out. Thanks again.

ug. After Effect is greek to me. I have co-workers who are AE guru's and maybe one day I can learn a thing or two. I expect it maybe a while.

I hope you have seen the tilt shift channel. Great stuff there.
