Redefinition of the method and the process to buy clothes in H&M stores to improve the
experience and bring the brand closer to the customer, thanks to an application for smartphones
which lets us obtain further information about the items and about the store. The application
helps us share our thoughts with our friends through social networks while in the store to help
us choose which item is the most suitable and more importantly it helps us avoid waiting in line.
