I've heard about the atrocities that we've (the USA) funded in "Plan Columbia," and this video is a sad testament to that terrible reality. I wish that the USA would end its imperialist policies, and leave other peoples and countries alone. If it cannot, the very least it could do would be positive things, but just being absent would be more than enough I think compared to the way it treats foreign peoples now.
