Vimeo scales the video up to fill space. To see this at its actual resolution, make the video full-screen and turn scaling off.

I made this UI interface animation for demonstration purposes. The menu design is based on the menus on the Pantech Crux, but there are some differences. I didn't design or make most of the icons and the Twitter App picture is a screen shot I grabbed online.

I'd normally do this kind of work in AE, but the machine that has AE installed isn't working right at the moment, so I used an old copy of DFX+ (a feature limited version of Digital Fusion) that I have installed on an older workstation. Most of the graphics creation work was done in Photoshop, though I did build the buttons for the Settings menu using HTML and CSS.
