This clip is from a project commissioned by Al Jazeera English "Citizen Views" Video Blog on non-US citizen views on the US Presidential candidates & the actual 12-hour window from voting in the US Elections to the time the winner was declared.

A few of the international students from the European Peace University (EPU), Austria, share their views on the 2008 US Presidential Elections, with a view to how the US impacts their country or region and whether McCain or Obama's potential leadership would make a difference to those policies. These interviews were made at 22:00CET, 04Nov08. By this time, most voting booths, in the US, had closed but no decisive results had come through to the online or TV media channels.
