This is a private video of my 70 m2 apartment. You can see it has a very large sitting room with a kind of winter garden window and a large master bedroom. The kitchen is huge. The balcony has nice views towards the communal gardens. Very nice in the summer, when the trees are in with leaves.
I am only 200 metros from the Underground and nearly opposite the famous University Hospital Charité Virchow.

And it´s only 8 minutes by Underground from Zoologischer Garten and 15 minutes to Friedrichsstrasse.
