110G Saltwater Aquarium.

This is my first test footage shot from a Canon HV30, colour is desaturated over the raw footage, and there are reflections in the glass, did this to try out the camcorder and have some HD footage to work with.

    It has nothing to do with your encoder, Vimeo re-encodes here anyway. It's as good as it can be on vimeo.

    Admittedly, you could just export at 5 mbps btw, possibly VBR.

    Oh yea I know, its really the encoder I used to export the video to, its H264 MP4 at 3.1Mbps, when I checked the video the quality was a little dull and blocky, but didn't have time to try re-encoding, therefor Vimeo didn't have a good source to encode from in the first place.
