    Philip, that's a rigid MTB fork that Charge make. Not sure if they sell them seperately but of course SuperTed gets special treatment. I think he also runs 29" MTB rims for added strength. Email the bods at Charge and and esk 'em, they're a friendly lot. If not, check out Handsome Dog forks on ebay

    some bmx bikes come in 26" so yes some bmx forks do fit 700c wheels.
    that's a charge fork, very similar to the charge nozzle fork except no brake mounts, it's meant for tricks with 700c.
