Jeff and Kathy do the crossfit benchmark workout called "nicole"

This is a video showing their running form. The crossfit workouts are great all-around training and one extremely good benefit is that it trains runners in a way that doesn't take 15+ hours a week. Crossfitters can get up one morning and run a marathon with the longest run being 6 miles in the last year.
Here is the workout we did today:
"Nicole"

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.
