Thanks to the free LUT buddy from RedGiant Software I can apply the Technicolor LUT for the Cinestlye Canon picture stlye. This shows a split screen view of Colour not corrected vs Corrected.

You do not need to install Magic Lantern. All I did was to install the picture style into User Def 1 using the EOS utility and select it while in Video mode on the camera. Go into the fourth menu across, choose Picture Style and press the SET button. To the right of User Def. 1 it should say CineStyle. Select that. That is all I did.
Let me know if you need more help,
Gareth.
Can you apply the cinestyle in post too?
The CineStlye picture stlye is selected in camera and baked into the recorded video file. My comparison shows the CineStyle un-colour corrected vs colour corrected. You cannot apply a picture style in post. Does this make sense?
Would this work with the 600D as well, do you know?
