The sheer joy of being connected to hundreds of channels of digital nirvana can overwhelm just about anyone. This simple observation transformed the DirecTV Installer into a ‘Bringer of Joy’ and an ugly satellite dish into a badge of honor. Often imitated, this campaign put DirecTV on the pop-culture map and helped spur their climb to dominance in the satellite category.
