In memory of Leslie Curry 1959 - 2010
This documentary focuses on a unique individual – Lee Curry. While most of the babies learn to crawl, Lee had to fight for his life at the young age of six months. While the parents cry with joy as they watch their babies achieve their first milestones, Lee’s mother and father cried with pain as they watched their first child battle against meningococcal disease in hospital. Lee survived the battle but the disease claimed his ability to hear and his fingers, thumbs and feet. Now we follow his quest to find a job.
