Paradise Lost
Paradise Lost - Inspired by Milton's 'Paradise Lost' some of the images include drawings by Gustave Doré. This short film explores some of these themes with reference to the modern world. Shot in London featuring Stanislas Torikian.

I love these old world tragedy style approach to life.
Like Albert Camus said *Life is absurd but worth living heroically.
Not a perfect quotation possibly.
I agree with others reading the page was diffucult.
Nietzsche end Franz Kafka would by felling as in paradise ..........:)) I very impressed indeed.

Even the death could be beauty if we don't separete life from the death.
Death is another form of life. We often call it after life.
"Paradise lost", when we lose the meaning of our life. That's when we face our own death by facing the darkside of the moon. "Paradise begins" after we find the true meaning of our life.
It was very beautiful, the way you scrip the death and life through your clip.
Thank you very much for your beautiful work through the clip!
PS liked the music to.
Very dramatic. It's hard to compliment such an intense soundtrack (which I love, btw) with visuals but I think you pulled it off. The book pages blowing is very cool.
I would definitely rethink the text because it didn't work for me, felt a little out of place. Also, the inclusion of the brief footage of the woman looking out the window and the apartment shot felt recycled from "This is me" and took me out of the piece a little.
B&W was a great choice and really accentuated the sense of intimacy and darkness. The editing was also spot on.
Nice work.
