Documentary about the Ron. K. Bills Fountain at Miller Community Center in Seattle. The fountain was built and funded by volunteers, with the aid of the City of Seattle's Neighborhood Matching Fund, by the Miller Park Neighborhood Association, to honor Ron Bills. I am the long-time chair of the association, and feature in several parts of the film.

The recent untimely death of René Soulard, Ron's partner and the general contractor for the project prompted this upload. René is featured throughout the film, which captures and preserves much of what was unique about René.
