17. Vision 2/Vision 3 Comparison

This was shot for my upcoming final project. The first part was all shot on Kodak 500T Vision 3 16mm Color Negative (transferred standard definition, Best Lite). The last shot was shot on Kodak 500T Vision 2 16mm Color Negative (transferred standard definition, Best Lite).
Clearly, the Vision 2 has a lot more grain than the Vision 3.
A difference to note, as well: the Vision 3 footage was shot on the Arri BL, and the Vision 2 was shot on a Bolex.
(Also the blacks on the last shot got kind of crushed during color correction, sorry)

Robert Loughlin 12 days agoI don't remember where I got it processed/transferred, but I was pretty upset with the transfer. I've switched labs since.
