    W O W !! Dr. McD - what a great summary and taste of your "TOTAL HEALTH SOLUTION" 10-day program that my family of four experienced 6 years ago. We all have been on your "Whole-foods, plant-based optimal nutrition program" and are case histories of healthy people getting huge health benefits, too! 80% of benefits come from food, 20% from exercise.
