This body of work consists of 5 short video pieces that explore the idea of a moving image that conveys elements of stillness. The videos depict fragments of an interior domestic environment that provokes the imagination. Time, motion and stillness are the main characteristics of each video and are being enhanced by the urban ambient sound of the indoor/outdoor surroundings. Glimpses of movement and auditory mimesis of events aim to trigger the viewer’s imagination.
