This march took place on a rainy Sunday, November 23, 2008, in San José, Costa Rica. The protesters gathered at the Catedral Metropolitana and marched down Av. 2 to the Tribunales de Justicia. I was surprised at the number of people who showed up, many of them apparently family members of crime victims, or victims themselves.
