Coldplay - Lost? - Competition Entry
Here is my submission to the Coldplay Lost? compitetion being held on youtube. I wanted to post my entry here in lovely HD.
Many thanks to Katee & Drew.
Special thanks to my daughter, Little Miss C, who after years of hearing the story of how her mother and I spent all the money intended as earnest money for our first home on a trip to Europe instead, turned on all her acting charm in hopes of sending us back to London for our 10 year anniversary.

I had some grand plans for this competition but like everything else I ran out of time before I could shoot anything.
Just saw Coldplay in concert earlier this month. Great experience. Almost worship like!
I too had many grand ideas but I was happy to get out something.
tech questions: what camera did you shoot with? and was it overcranked for the slow mo or was that all in post?
personal question: can i blog it? i loved it.
Please blog it and if you know any of the members of Coldplay personally please put in a good word for me. I would love to take my wife to London to see them.

One more tech question, since I'll hopefully be getting the HVX in a few months and after a few more jobs, as I've been saving for over 8 months. A 35mm adapter will be my next purchase. Any lens size or brand reccommendations? Different lenses are really my weakness at this point, and I'm just looking for any information or suggestions. Thanks.
Great work again, keep it up.

I use all nikon prime lenses that I bought on ebay and used camera shops. My favorite is the steady 50mm 1.4 and 85mm 2.0. My lens collection is 28, 35, 50, 85, & 105. Local camera rental shops are cheap ways to try out lenses by renting them. Also craigslist may be a bargain for lenses.
Only the staff will pick the best of and then the band will pick the winner.
Thanks for your comments!
good luck on the contest
