This touching portrayal of Rogue River, a small town in central Oregon, tells the tale of the local mill that closed, and with it took much of the town's livelihood. But with the help of Oregon Lottery dollars, the mill is open again, and life has returned to Rogue River.

Working with the creative team at BPN, director Chel White chose to capture the aesthetic feel of the mill by taking live footage of the mill and its employees, and converting it into stenciled images painted on plywood backgrounds.

His spot consists of both strikingly beautiful imagery and endearing content, taken from the unscripted interviews of the people who are most affected by the mill.
