Artwork that includes dynamic interactivity with its viewers can produce unexpected results that create an aesthetic which is as unique as its participants. In my piece, Embrace, I created an animated projection mapping onto a physical form of the word EMBRACE. Along with this, viewers are asked to participate by sending an SMS message answering the question, what does embrace mean to them or what do they embrace. When the viewer sends a message it will appear as part of the work. This call for participation creates a piece of work that is constantly evolving based off numerous influences.
Project combines use of After Effects, HTML5, Javascript, AJAX, PHP, MySQL Database.
