This is the story of a fisherman, Mark Lundsten who once lived nightmare fishing in the Bering Sea. One day the US government passed "Catch Shares", a cap and trade system that empowers fishermen with ownership in the resource. The fishermen then became stewards of the fisheries and learned to care and manage their share for a productive and sustainable future. Once a skeptical, Mark became an advocate of catch shares and explains what has changed in his life as a fisherman.
