While covering the Nike 6.0 Lowers Pro, we shot a few videos with slow-motion in mind @ 720/60p (1000-1250 shutter, f/5.0-f/5.6, neutral picture style). All shot on with the Canon 7d, 300mm f/2.8 L lens (thanks Sean) w/1.4X adapter. Pulling focus was a challenge, but doable when the lighting was good. I kinda wish we shot the entire event like this. We'll use a 7" monitor screen next time, had a difficult time with the viewfinder attachment.
We used Magic Bullet Looks for color grading and Twixtor on some of the slow-motion passes in post.
