According to the briefing I got from Cisma.
Cisma was able to invent any story with the theme "Always expect the unexpected".
This video is based on the "Twilight Zone" style. Denis (Cisma) came up with the storyboard and made the whole production together with Margarida Films (Brazil). There is a link to the Making Of on cisma.tv .

Now, about budget, aren't you asking too much? :)
  • Sireno Group 1 year ago
i love that "twilight zone" look and feel. Very well done.

It would be interesting to see this playing out longer and with a different sound track. (I know this was for a specific project with constraints) It kind of reminds me of Samuel Beckett's "film" starring Buster Keaton with more of an emphasis on effects...similar point of view though. The sound track gives it a slight campy feel...I would how a Lynch-esque industrial soundscape would effect the mood. Whatever, I'm rambing...nice video.

That’s the sort of editing I want to learn. Good job. Question, is that doable on a home pc?
  • CISMA 1 year ago
It was all made in 2 quad-core PCs . Daniel Dias and I did the whole compositing at home. We used Nuke, XSI and Photoshop.

Great sound design. Cool retro sci-fi vibe about it, especially with the warbly theremin noises and industrial sounding loop. Oh, and those gross squishy eyeball noises... ^o^
