This is an excerpt of the debate on May 5, 2011 in the Ontario Legislature of the subject of the unlawful practice of social work in the Province of Ontario. Mr. Klees stated that the CAS workers were going against the whole spirit of the legislation intended to protect the citizens of Ontario. The massive lawbreaking by CAS workers is one of the biggest taxpayer fraud and cover-up in the past 10 years.
