FluidTunes is a freeware application for Mac OS X that can control iTunes through a camera with your hands, head or feet.
Swipe your hand from left to right or right to left over the screen center to scrub.
Wave quickly at buttons to activate them.
Without using a keyboard or mouse, you can navigate through your music and play or pause songs.

a drawback is that you can't have skype running, as it claims the camera even if it's not actually using it.
Still, Brilliant!
The motion detection is my own. It's not perfect and I have a few ideas on how to improve it.
When you switch out of FluidTunes it should free the camera for other apps to use, but perhaps this isn't working in all situations. Cheers!
Is a really nice app.
And then, if you tap an album, it flips over so you can select a song :)
