The home renovation - the quintessential Australian mid-life crisis: Balinese haven or New York style warehouse? Duck egg blue or Waikiki sunset?

Two performers, a couple, are stuck amidst an unfinished plan, a half built renovation and now struggle to reinvent, remodel and repackage their relationship while revisioning their home.Combining dance, movement, text and striking visual imagery to create a performance where Dogville meets The Block, Malmö peels back emotional layers to investigate how we address the constellation of our family within our home. Malmö questions whether we have commercialized our nesting to a point that we no longer recognize our true selves.
