Olivier is one of social media's thought leaders. One of the things that organizations need to consider when investing the time to implement a solid social media program, is how will they measure ROI. Very simply ROI is how much more revenue is your company earning due to it's social media efforts. Social Media experts and advertising agencies like to "pooh-pooh" this idea. Instead, they talk about number of impressions, number of followers, etc. But they do not talk about increase revenue which is ultimate the return on your company's investment in it's social media activities.
