1. Distributed Social Networking - An Introduction

In this Screencast I tried to explain what "Distributed Social Networking" is all about. I talk shortly about the building blocks of social networking in general, then point out where the problem is and show you with Noserub how a Distributed Social Network can work.

This screencast doesn't go to much into technical details and has the objective to make people understand quickly, what it's all about.

    well done. but maybe you could do your next screencast with another software that supports something which points to your mouse (or has a spotlight on your mouse)

    which screencast software did you use? unfortunately is was strongly pixelated

    hi - thanks for all the feedback! regarding the quality of the screencast: there is also a high-quality quicktime version available on this site (on the right site below the statistics). Don't know why after the upload so much compression happened and therefore the quality was reduced.
