This is part one of a serious of films explaning our work and showing how a wine slowly evolves.
In this film, we invite you to take a look and show how we process our Pinot Noir grapes. These are filled into big Tank with its skins. The fermentation raises the skins, and this cap needs to be plunged down. Further more we have a look at the young wines, fermenting in Stainless Steel tanks.
This time I have encluded subtitles in English, a good way to freshen up your german ;-)
