This video illustrates how different shutter speeds can be used to make fast motion either blurry or look like stop motion. The first shot is blurry because the shutter speed is 1/30 of a second. The second shot is 1/1000 of a second shutter which has no blur whatsoever even when the sword is moving quickly.
Both clips were recorded at 1080p 30 frames per second on the Panasonic HMC-150.
