An other useful tip tutorial to understand how we can use all the modifiers inside 3ds max. This time we'll talk about "Displace", a really useful modifier able to move vertices on a mesh using a bitmap or a procedural map. This modifier will move vertices according to the pixel luminance value from the given map, giving the possibility to add details with more realism than bump techniques. We'll take a look on how we can use it to create a simple brick wall and a really fast procedural environment plane.
