Chef Aarón Sánchez has brought his culinary renown and distinct personality to one of the most important tools in the restaurant industry – footwear.

Sánchez drew from his Mexican heritage in his four different designs: The Red Skull, The Hidden Skull, The D.O.D. (Day of the Dead) and The Patria. Mexican Sugar Skulls are stitched onto the vamp of The Red Skull and, more subtly, on The Hidden Skull. The D.O.D. and The Patria are bold colorful takes on the kitchen shoe - The D.O.D. has red outsoles and a white vamp and The Patria is inspired by the Mexican flag, including the flag’s emblem – an eagle with a serpent – on its vamp.
