We were commissioned to make several short films examining different aspects of the photojournalists' experience of the American presidency, as seen through the camera lens. Time Magazine photojournalists Dirck Halstead, David Hume Kennerly, Wally McNamee and Diana Walker shared their life’s experiences with us on camera, and presented their archives to the Center for American History. These films were played during, before and after the event and were posted on the Center’s Web site. All of the short films are housed in the Center's archives, along with the photography collections of each photojournalist.
