For the second installment of The Garden Party, Red Cortez (formerly The Weather Underground) added new instruments, members and songs to their repertoire and amazed an intimate group of fans and friends with songs of the high seas and beatniks. This is their performance of their new song, "Laughing Street Car", from that evening.
