If I may give one critisism:
At about 2/3d the spaces between the dialoges seemed very "one liner" like. The gaps where a bit wide that didn't continue the phace of the story as much.

But still, for a 10 minute short it's very well done. :)

the story is a bit weird for my taste, but great cinematography and editing.

The scenes with just the two characters remind me a lot of Endgame, the short play by Beckett. Any inspiration from there? Since it fits your style, you might want to give it a quick read if you haven't already.

I didn't take it as a comedy, I felt that the characters were insane. Had to watch it through, it drew me in.
